Geo bubble wrap is supplied in unperforated rolls. Geo Bubble wrap is easy for users to tear and is designed to consistently tear with a tidy edge. Geo bubble wrap has a light green colour tint to differentiate it from non-biodegradable bubble wrap.

Geo bubble wrap has a shelf life of two years. Once the degradation process is triggered, there is a two month usage window prior to commencement of biodegradation.

Geo bubble wrap is reusable and can be recycled with other LDPE based materials assuming the degradation process has not been triggered.

The following biodegradation process prevents Geo bubble wrap packaging material becoming litter or landfill waste.

Step One

After 8-12 hours in direct sunlight, the oxidation process is triggered and the bubble wrap molecules are broken into smaller masses.

Step Two

These masses are small enough to be attacked and digested by bacteria and fungi in the natural environment. The material is then broken down to carbon dioxide, water and biomass.

Geo bubble wrap does not contain any heavy metals that could harm the environment.
