Small bubble sizes (9.5 mm wide and 4.2 mm tall) are most commonly used for surface protection and interleaving to separate, cushion and protect products. Small bubble wrap is "tougher" and recommended for bulkier or heavier objects.

Large bubble sizes (25 mm wide by 9.5 mm tall) are recommended for delicate items, such as wine glasses as the larger bubble are "softer" and will provide better cushioning. Large bubbles also make a more cost effective void fill solution where bubble wrap is used for void fill purposes.

Packing Tape can be used to secure bubble wrap around a product. For fast and easy packing of individual products consider using Bubble Bags, supplied with "peel and seal" strips for easy and secure closure.

AirCap® bubble wrap does not contain any heavy metals that could harm the environment.

Bubble wrapping is reusable and can be recycled with other polyethylene based materials.
